Surely you have already heard that aromas can affect our body, having a beneficial effect on the nervous system. Thus, it is possible to harmonize the energy of the body, promote wound healing, normalize sleep and mood. Aromatherapy at home will give you all this.

How to use the aroma lamp

To start using fragrances at home, it is enough to buy an aroma lamp, today there are enough of them in specialized stores. Choose the shape and color that you like and will please the eye. Pour a few drops of water into the cooked aroma lamp and add aromatic oil (we will talk about its choice later). At the bottom of the aroma lamp there is always a niche for a candle, which is lit and it, in turn, heats the oil, from which pleasant notes of one or another aroma appear in the atmosphere of the room.

How many drops to add to the aroma lamp

The amount of aromatic oil depends on the size of the room. If it is a small room (up to 10 sq.m.), then no more than 3 drops, in a larger apartment you can add 5 drops.

By the way, you can carry out aromatherapy at home without an aroma lamp. To do this, you just need to put a few drops of oil on an electric lamp in your room.
